Scheduling

Tailwind [PINTEREST] – Offering analytics and an easy to use visual drag and drop system to schedule pins and repins.

Planoly [INSTAGRAM] – Visually plan your posts with a drag and drop system that allows you to schedule, analyize top performing content and respond to comments.

Trello – I couldn’t manage without this tool. It’s a totally free and easy to use visual tool to manage projects and clients and organize anything. Seriously, sign up, it’s free!

Coschedule – A fantastic drag and drop calendar that allows you to plan and schedule not only social media updates across all platforms but your blog posts and all of your content marketing.

Hootsuite – This is a long used tool for simple scheduling across a variety of platforms. It has some paid options as well but is good if you’re not able to afford much at the moment.

Buffer – This platform allows you to add content to your queue for a variety of platforms. You can schedule a time yourself or let Buffer’s algorithm determine the best time to publish the content.

Creative Market – An endless database of affordable graphics, photos, themes, fonts, and creative resources.

Canva - Create beautiful visuals for your blog with their easy drag and drop features.

Adobe Spark – Use one of three Spark apps on your phone to create social graphics, web stories which allow you to combine photos and text into layouts, and video where you can create slide shows, add music and narrate with your own voice.

LR/Instagram – A plugin for Lightroom that lets you publish directly from your desktop to your Instagram account.

BeFunky - A great mobile app photo editor that lets you apply photo effects, edit photos and create photo collages with collage maker.

Misc

PeopleMap - The most powerful tool for Influencer marketing and managing your influencer programs. PeopleMap is an Instagram marketing tool that helps you grow your community authentically.

Creative Market – An endless database of affordable graphics, photos, themes, fonts, and creative resources.

99Designs - Perfect for finding a graphic designer for a full project or one off designs like creating your logo and such.

Squarespace - I LOVE Squarespace and have been using it since 2011. It’s becoming my one-stop-shop with not only building beautiful websites, but also for ecommerce, newsletters, and analytics.

Adobe Suite – Featuring Indesign, Photoshop, Lightroom and more.

Convertkit – An email service that features flexible opt-in forms that can go anywhere on your site. It features a variety of automation services to help you convert your leads to sales.

Mailchimp – This email service is super easy to use, offers a free plan that is actually really great, and is fun to use thanks to the sassy little monkey.
