Copy-and-paste project templates mean you'll never have to start from scratch again!

Creating an editorial/content calendar from scratch can be a daunting task. I’ve been there, and to save you the headache, I’ve create a full-fledged editorial calendar through a spreadsheet that is easily customizable.

What’s in this 6-Month Content Calendar Spreadsheet?

Monthly Calendar

You can generate a list of content ideas to put into a “backlog” list to pull from as you create your content plans for each week or month. Each month gets its own tab, broken down by week so that you can see a full picture of publication on your various marketing channels. If your publication schedule is less frequent, you can easily revise these tabs instead of months.

Social Media Tab

Keep all your content planning at your fingertips with social media tabs where you can write posts that align with your monthly calendar.

Backlog/Reference

Each month has a backlog section that you can use to log ideas that either doesn’t make the cut or might need to be created to fill in a gap. Extend those ideas to your overall backlog tab, and you’ll have a bank of potential content to pull from at any time.

How can I unzip product files?

PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.

Is this a licensed of product?

Yes. Items purchased under the Standard License may be used to create End Products for Sale where lifetime sales of the End Product for Sale do not exceed 100 units. Items purchased under the Extended License may be used to create End Products for Sale that may be sold an unlimited number of times.

What are the End Product requirements?

End Products must be significantly different than the original Item and require time, effort, and skill to produce. End Products must not be used or sold in a way that is directly competitive with the original Item you purchased. End Products must not redistribute the original Item to any third parties in a manner that allows for the extraction of the original Item.

Here, an End Product must be a unique implementation of the Item, often requiring limited copy and content changes. For example, if you purchase a content calendar template, you may use the Item for yourself or a client after having input personal information (you may not resell it as stock).

Can I redistribute Items I've purchased?

No. Items purchased are for your use only. You may not include the original purchased items (or source files) in any distributed end products.
